It’s time to wake up. There were a couple tender moments, but nothing that made this story memorable. I loved being right along with Bruce at Arkham and trying to figure her out. Although the book does not have alot of details on the different aspects such as how to make rounded structures (gingerbread expands when baked so it was very difficult to get a complete rounded structure and there is not much detail given in the book as to how to get around this), it opened up a whole new world for us-marzipan,pastillage, fondant with recipes included. It doesn't make for a tension-packed novel, of course, but it's reality. As a matter of fact: You'd be wise to read it anyway. Recently started a re-read as they are now available on Kindle as an eBook. This book loaded with examples of successful communications covering activities such as recruitment, retention, dues, programs and services, and volunteers. Even if you're just curious about Carnegie, Frick, Schwab or the other personalities, this is the book for you. There is no reason, however, that anyone should fall for this and certainly no reason why this person should attempt to rip off parents or anyone else. I am now buying my second copy. I'm glad this is the first of a series, as I look forward to seeing what happens next.
